You must notify 11jl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
11jl may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where mandated by applicable compliance requirements. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued identification such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or equivalent document. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.
All deposits on 11jl are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 11jl accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the Platform's cashier interface at the time of transaction.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 11jl reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised or third-party payment source.
11jl does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, borrowed funds, or credit card-linked payment instruments where the underlying credit mechanism is used to fund the deposit. Players are encouraged to only deposit funds they can afford to lose.
Withdrawal requests at 11jl will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied. 11jl aims to process withdrawal requests within standard processing windows; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any compliance review requirements applicable to a given transaction.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface. 11jl reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal if required for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those verified and linked to your 11jl account. Any attempt to redirect a withdrawal to a third-party account will be declined and may trigger a compliance review.
From time to time, 11jl may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentive schemes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limitations, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time each promotion is made available.

All games available on 11jl utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed casino studio providers subject to independent certification. 11jl does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence certified RNG or live dealer game results.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, 11jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. 11jl is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11jl Platform:
Violation of any of the above constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities.
11jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; failure to complete KYC; regulatory requirements; or at the player's own voluntary request.
Where an account is suspended for investigation, 11jl will notify the affected player and conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts confirmed to be in breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their 11jl account may do so by contacting player support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC status.
All content on the 11jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, images, and the overall layout and design, is the property of 11jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 11jl Platform without express prior written authorisation from 11jl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond 11jl's reasonable control.
11jl's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 11jl's negligence.
11jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the 11jl Privacy Policy. You have rights in respect of your personal data, including rights of access, correction, and deletion, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
11jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players may request the application of deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, or a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting player support.
Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, 11jl will take reasonable steps to prevent access to the account for the duration of the exclusion period. Players on self-exclusion should not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
