• Account and identity data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AMLA record-keeping requirements applicable to covered institutions.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction.

12. International Data Transfers

Some of 11jl's third-party service providers — including certain game studios and cloud infrastructure providers — may process player data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, 11jl takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under Philippine law, including through contractual data processing agreements with applicable data protection obligations.
